All ages are welcome!
Definition of “Raw Vegan Living Foods” = uncooked foods created with raw, fresh, live, organic, plant-based foods only (fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds).
EACH PERSON ATTENDING SHOULD PLAN TO BRING
1. A raw vegan dish for 10 people, and please include the recipe on a note card. We share food AND recipes at our potlucks! See how to choose a dish below.
2. Your own fork, spoon, knife, plate, cup, and bowl if possible.
3. In order to provide these wonderful potlucks and demonstrations, there is a charge of $10 per person or $15 per family.
Please refrain from bringing a dish with any of the following ingredients:Dairy (milk, chesse, yogurt, butter, ice cream), soy sauce, Bragg Liquid Aminos, or Nama Shoyu. If you need help deciding what to bring, feel free to call our office!
